Plant pages and QR codes stay readable forever, free
Every plant page and every QR short URL is public and readable without an account. A visitor can scan a sign, view the plant page, and learn about the plant without registering, signing in, or paying anything. No subscription will ever be required to read a plant page or scan a QR code.
Your data is yours to take with you
You can download everything your account owns — plants, uploaded photos, discoveries, comments, sunbeams and sunbursts, care reminders, and orders — as a single ZIP file from your account settings at any time. If you ever choose to delete your account, download your data first so you keep it.
What we do not promise
This page is about read access and data portability. Account deletion still removes your profile, plants, photos, comments, and orders from the site, so export your data before deleting your account. Backups, uptime guarantees, and infrastructure redundancy are not covered by this promise.
